This is a new Gmod server. We intend to make an alright server for people to play on. Rp, socialize and all that weird shit. Have fun!

Hitting/pushing people with you are car is considered prop push.
Do not use scripts or hacks you will be perma banned.
You must disable collisions for your cars by hitting "c".
Do not steal cars when people spawn them. You may only steal cars outside of spawn.
Ramming into other cars for no exact reason is punishable by admins. (Don't be annoying)
No Meta-Gaming.
Mild Racism/Sexism is tolerated...mostly because it is funny sometimes xD
Do not speak over a Moderator/Admin while they are trying to talk to you.
No spamming of any sort.
Respect all players and staff.
Do not place unwanted textscreens or build in some body else's base.
Heavy Raging / Deep Insults is not tolerated and will result in a gag/mute.
If you have "suggestions"(bitching/complaints) you need to "suggest" those opinions on the forums.

-It's ok if it it's an accident at first to shoot him but do not continue after it.
Banks are allowed to hold illegal items even if the law states that those items are illegal.
Mic spamming isn't allowed unless you are homeless and are in your base that is on a sidewalk.
Spamming admin chat isn't allowed and you will be muted.
Using advert for things like calling an admin or replying to someone in OOC isnt allowed
Breaking into someones base can get you killed or arrested. Walking in however will get you killed or arrested after being asked to leave more than twice.
Do not blow up your own car purposefully near someone elses base to ruin or destroy entities they may have. By doing this you will be banned.
Mugging police officers is considered failrp.
Job Specific Rules
You can only mug 1 person every 10 minutes.
No hits on the same person more than one time every five minutes. (Even if you are the hitman)
Don't randomly hit people with the stun stick.
Hitmen can only accept hits at the lowest price of $500
You may not warrant someone out of suspicion, it needs to be cold hard visual facts.
KOS laws are not allowed.
Max mug is 5k.
Making creating irrelevant laws can get you demoted or kicked.
Changing or counteracting the default laws is not allowed. (Don't RDM/Drugs and printers are illegal)
Mayors can't make rules that don't allow players to use chat.
Mayors may not have laws that don't allow people to sprint, run, or crouch.
Mayors can not take away rights from players such as freedom of privacy. This means no laws saying that players can't lock their doors.
Terrorists are the only job that can blow up cars randomly.
Raiding Rules
No raiding the same place more than once every ten minutes.
Do not raid someone if they have building signs up.
Do not put building signs up if you are not actually building, or are not at your house/base.
You have to advert raid when raiding a base/home.
If raiding, you are not able to mug the person(s) being raided.
While raiding the PD, police officers with arrest batons out may be killed ONLY IF THEY ARE IN OR PROTECTING THE PD.
Building Rules
Only hobos can build on the sidewalk.
There may not be any kind of "Checkpoint".
Each Fading door must have 2 keypads to it that are easily visible.
You must be able to get in and out.
You can only have a maximum of 3 objects or doors(Fading doors, hydraulics, etc.) to get into a base.
You may not make a entrance to your base were someone must crouch,jump, or weave through a maze.
Your base must be somewhat realistic, with little to no floating props.(Remember this is still darkrp)
Each keypad or button must have a hold length of 5 seconds.
You may not have a base where you are able to shoot peoples feet while they can not shoot you. It is unfair and impossible to raid.
You may not build in the streets at all. (Roadblocks/buildings/tollbooths/etc)
You may not have a base with nocollided props where you can run in and out of to shoot people. (It is unfair and nearly impossible to raid)
Do not exploit the fact that people cannot raid you while you have a building sign up. If you have valuables in your base while building, they will be destroyed/disposed of.
Do not no collide cameras and physgun them into other people's bases, this is known as camera abuse.
No more than 3 keypads to get in a base and 3 to get out of a base.
You may not have props that you are able to see through while looking through another prop. It will result in a instant removal of your entire base.
Peep holes that you shoot through must be (20) from eachother.
You may not have a blacked out entrance to your base. Meaning that you may not use the material and color tool to black out your base AT ALL. It makes it nearly impossible for people to raid and if seen by the administration they will remove the entire way in.
War Rules
Wars may only last 10 minutes.
You may not just declare war on someone, you both sides must accept the terms in /advert.
A war is over when one team fights off the entire other team and gain their base and their goods.
Admin(mod) Rules
Do not spawn in weapons.
Do not randomly ban people.
When you do ban/kick give a valid reason.
Do not No-clip while building, or for any other reason than doing admin duties.
Do not spawn in cars, drugs, ect...
Do not force-give people jobs if they are not in the right rank to become them.
Do not abuse your admin powers.
Don't set money to you or anyone else (ie. Giving someone money that you don't have).
Do not force a job on yourself unless no one is using it or wants it.
Most importantly be kind to players, treat others like you would want to be treated.
